With over 20 years of experience across the US, India, Europe, and APAC, she has guided C-suite executives and Fortune 1000 companies in navigating cultural complexities.
As the Founder & CEO of AptCulture, Rashmi leads a team of expert coaches delivering leadership development and cultural intelligence programs worldwide. AptCulture partners with L&D leaders, CHROs, and executives to drive cultural integration, global talent development, and inclusive leadership.
Rashmi is also the lead author of an upcoming book on US-India business cultures, co-authored with Suren Kapse, drawing insights from interviews with 50+ C-suite leaders. Additionally, as a certified yoga teacher, she incorporates mindfulness and holistic leadership into coaching, fostering resilience and self-awareness.
Rashmi also serves as a Mentor at AISEA, guiding social entrepreneurs, and previously held the role of Communications Director on the SIETAR Board, leading intercultural communication and global leadership initiatives.
